SenzWeb promises 'No Anxiety Shipping' for the products that you order from SenzWeb. We ensure this by bringing together critical elements of shipment such as Packaging, Timely Delivery, Order Status Updates and Support from our trusted Logistics Partners. So once you have placed an order, be rest assured as we will look after everything. Also, timely delivery of the order is our utmost priority however, actual delivery depends upon availability of the product with the merchants, your shipping address, etc. We have collaborated with top Courier and Logistics Partners to assure that you receive your order on time. Incase you have purchased a product and paid to a partner website following any link at our website; than the Shipping/Return/Refund policy of that partner website need to be referred. The process explained here is for the products purchased at SenzWeb

At SenzWeb we charge nominal shipping amount by using faster economy mode
Since we guarantee lowest price and works on least margins, we chose economy model in both selfship/ dropship model wherein our domestic/ International suppliers directly deliver the product to your address using normal postal/courier service and movement details update

Bulk orders shall take extra lead-time and depends on product to product; please Contact Us for any bulk order

It usually takes 4-7 days within India for delivery once shipped; for International shipping it can take 4-6 weeks in economy mode. For faster mode both domestic & international are optional at additional cost
RETURN POLICY
At SenzWeb, we are committed to make your purchase experience as seamless and delightful as possible. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return with the issue and we will guide you the process. In general; if you have ordered through some link on our website at a partner website, the rules need to be followed as per that partner website. However if you have purchase and paid a product at SenzWeb then the process is smooth as below:

We allow return of products within 48 hrs. of delivery in the following cases:
- Product is defective, used, altered
- Physical damage to the product
- The packet was empty / some item or accessory was missing
- Significantly different from the specifications given in the listing
Please ensure that the product is unused and in original condition, with the seal unbroken and includes everything from the package e.g. price tags, labels, original packing, invoice and other items.
You can conveniently place your return request by emailing us with following details:
- Order ID
- Reason for returning the item
- Images clearly showing a damage / missing product / Evidence of other issues
Post receiving your request, Our Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process. It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged. The final decision of the request will lie with Senz Technologies and cannot be contested.

Once your return request is accepted by us, the entire refund amount will be reversed back to you through NEFT/RTGS or other acceptable mode. Return logistics charges will be paid by SenzWeb and you will not be charged for it.
Cancellation & Refund:
As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel the order and refund your amount. We will deduct the payment gateway and handling charges if you have used the online mode of payment for that order (around 10% of order value). An order once shipped cannot be cancelled
In case you did not receive parcel in stipulated time or get missing; we shall be liable to proceed full refund for you
It will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order. The same will be notified to you by email. Your entire order amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days. Order can not be cancelled once it has been shipped.
